Assume a virus or whatever destroyed parts (=important files) of the OS of the DedServer.

Is it possible to let LP re-create the OS as it was before?

I am not talking about individual new stuff from the DedServer owners/clients but the initial
operating system.

I could imagine that LP has an automatic script which is able to "repair" broken OS.

Is this possible?

Hello Pstein,

Your server can be reformatted to get it to to the initial state or replacement server can be prepared for you in case of some kind of software failure (i.e. important files were removed by mistake). This will have one time cost $75.

If you are wondering if it is possible to restore system files with some script or tool. Although it is possible, no one can guarantee everything will be restored and will work as it was. In case of server exploitation or compromising, it is always  recommended to migrate to new clean operating system.
