Hello,

Can anyone explain me why I have to pay additional $75 for server upgrade?

I have a Dedicated Plan I and I want to upgrade to a Dedicated Plan II.

I was asking dedicated support and they told me (twice) I have to pay $75 for transfer. I never saw such information on lunarpages.com.

Here is ticket reference: 2470-WYFH-0632

Hello Roman:

The $75 dollar fee is normally charged when we perform custom installs or anything that involves our technicians doing extra work (which in this case could be the transfer of your content from one server to the next). The dedicated technicians and administrators that handled our dedicated servers will be able to explain further what the $75.00 charge may be for.
