Hi,

I have contacted the dedicated support team and the billing team about 5 times and asked them to terminate my dedicated server account. I have provided them with my primary domain (youwritewepublish.com) and the last 4 digits of my credit card number but they have not terminated my account. I have not heard anything from them for the last 2 days.

I am not here to trash Lunarpages. I just want to terminate all services with Lunarpages and cancel my dedicated server account which I believe I have a right to do  Confused!

Please help.

Ok, I am starting to get a little worried. This is the 3rd day with no response regarding termination of my account. I have also called Lunarpages numerous times but it keeps saying that no operator is available.

I really don't know what else to do.

Your cancellation request is awaiting in the billing queue and will be reviewed as soon as possible. I have updated your ticket this this info as well. Our apologizes for the delay.

Hi perestrelka,

Up until now, I have received no confirmation whether my account has been terminated and if I have received any pro-rata refund. Frankly, I am astonished and very disappointed that it takes so much time to cancel an account. Up until now, I have sent 8 emails, and called about 10 times. Still nothing.....

I am really sorry to hear that. I was off the last days and could not reply earlier. I see that billing worked on your account. Please advise, if there is still something you can be assisted with.
