I just ran a "graceful" server reboot and my site is not coming back up. Our server load has been too high, but we can't figure out why. Our only heavy traffic area is our shopping cart and we have only been noting about 40 to 70 people in the store at one time. We upgraded to the largest dedicated package on Lunarpages' site and only started having these problems as of the past week or so. Should I be looking into something else? I've got in a support ticket, but dedicated support typically is slow to respond than when I used to use shared server support so I thought I'd ask here as well.
