Hey everyone,

Well after hours of messing with it and trying to figure out what's wrong i give up. My smtp server goes down at least once per day, creating a backlog of emails that are intended for salespeople, which is causing slow quote times, which in turn is making us lose business. I have notification turned on thru Plesk, but the server only emails my phone once in a while. Sales people run up to me daily going my vendors/customers have not gotten my email for 5-10 hours now. Sure enough I go into Plesk and the service is down. How can i make sure that if it goes down it gets auto restarted, also, what's causing it to crash, and what can i do to prevent it.
