Anyone know of a way I can make my own Images such as these:




Or Comments like this:

I would like to make my own images, comments, banners and logos for my site.
Any help would be appreciated

There are a number of different free image programs out there.  Might look at Paint.NET, that is one of my personal favorites.  There are a TON of tutorials out there for it too, here is a round up of some of my favorites:

One more thing I have it down loaded and working with it and looking through your tutorials and all.
I see a few things on down loading plug ins for it and I can't seem to get to the plug ins page for Paint.Net, I just get redirected to the Paint.NET Forum.
Are all the Plug ins already there for this version of Paint.Net then?

Might check the versions they are available with via the plugin page you download them from.  I would suggest checking around here for more information on that:
