They may not be the generic comments, ready for distribution, but it gives you professional grade pictures to build from.

Best way to get images that can be redistributed is to put in an ad online (maybe craigslist.com) and you can probably get artists who want their artwork known.   You end up with your own images, and a simple "thank you" type page will generally work

what you're asking for is free images that others have created and that you can put on your site and make potentially money with by running advertisements...anyone who would alllow you to do this must have an iq of 50 unless you don't plan to make any money, but I hardly doubt that, especially once you have hundreds, if not thousands of visitors every day ... and in all fairness... most owners of sites that offer Myspace graphics obviously have never heard of "copyrights" or ignore it all together, but hey... time will catch up with them...
