i'm more of a photoshop guy myself. i think there was already a topic on this subject though   .

i will say this, paint brush in windows XP (i just got xp last week) is better. you can save as bmp's jpg's and a few other formats now, instead of just bitmaps. the interface is really the same, but added formats to the save feature is really nice. i guess while on the XP topic... it also has a built in picture viewer, so you don't need to purchase something like ACDsee. that's cool too.

Yeah Photo Shop is better but Paintbrush is free and so is PEditor if you get it with a software package. You can save JPG's GIF's BMP's and a few other formats with Win 98 paint tho too.

heh, this topic has alot of traffic for being so stupid; ne wayz does ne1 kno some good progz for animating pix (that are free)
