Do any of you nutty LUNARtics(TM) have a good deal of experience in digitizing video for the web?  I'll basically be transferring stuff from my Hi8 camcorder to a capture card that looks like a glorified RCA to USB adapter, mixing it up in Adobe Premier and then exporting it for the web.  It may look like I have a grasp on the basics steps here, but I've never actually done this before, so if someone could offer some hand holding in case I need it, that would be coolios.  Also, any important DOs and DON'Ts would be awesome.

And also, is quicktime supported here?  I saw that Real and Windows Media are, and I just want to see what my options are.  Heh.
