
Hi, I am using this Forum because I cannot log into "Support!" I am able to log in to the cPanel for my site, but that user name and password don't work for Support...I looked up old messages which said to use my email address as my user name...I tried re-setting my password...all to no avail. LunarPages support is excellent once I reach you, but why is it so hard to submit a ticket???
Here's my question: I keep getting an e-mail message flagged urgent, purportedly from you, that says:

I don't remember signing up for Zen Cart, though I may have. I cannot find this on cPanel. I want to know if this is really urgent - more importantly, is it really from LunarPages?
