I get the following error on my new Joomla! install.  I've installed iJoomla Magazine and Community Builder.  Can't figure out how to get rid of the error.  The file has 755 permissions so something else is up.  I goggled this error and found this post saying it might be an Apache mod_security config problem.

I'm not sure this ever worked.  The problem occurs when I am administrator and I go to Site-->Global Configuration and try to change a setting.  When I click Apply or Save I get the error.  There is no .htaccess file in the administrator directory.

PROBLEM RESOLVED... by lunsrpages support.  The problem was resolved by adding the following lines to the .htaccess file in public_html.  This is the .htaccess file that Joomla! creates during installation.

Add lines to to end of file..

<IfModule mod_security.c>
 SecFilterEngine Off
 SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>
