Hi, I'm new to this board and an absolute Joomla beginner. I installed Joomla to my account and have spent a few days working on my site. What I can't figure out is how to make my site viewable. I'm aware of the global configuration tab where you can make it viewable to eveyone else or take it offline, but even if I have it switched on I'm unable to see the site by going to my web address.

Is there something else I need to do? am I missing something incredibly simple? Thanks for any help
