I have a Dedicated Server at lunarpages.

Is Joomla pre-installed on Ded.Servers ?

Do I have to activate it somehow ?

If not: How do I have to install it through cPanel or WHM ?

Just upload the joomla files you download from joomla.org and from a web browser go to the place where you uploaded the files. The installer runs automatically and guides you through the process.

I'm not sure but it can be installed via Fantastico in the cPanel.

Fantastico is an option on dedicated servers. There is a small charge for it.
