I was wondering if I made the switch to the LPCP and didn't like it or had problems, would it be easy to switch  back to cPanel?

Not 100% sure, you might e-mail support@lunarpages.com so they could send your specific question to the developers.  I do know that you would be moved to a different server to use it though.  Hope that helps!
