Cannot Upgrade to WordPress 2.3.1

I know there is an even more recent update to WordPress (2.3.2), but I've been trying to upgrade my client's WordPress blog from version 2.2.1 to 2.3.1 via Fantastico in the control panel and have been unable to do so.

When I click on the link to upgrade it brings me to another page and hangs there, nothing happens. When I log out and log back in it still says that I should upgrade to the latest version so obviously nothing is happening.

I need help, can someone help me and give me ideas on what I can do???

I was able to do it with my other blogs that I host on another LP server, but for some reason its not working on hers. She is on the dacat server.

Not a problem, hopefully it will be an easy fix. You might also want to make sure they know that it is returning the error to you via Fantastico. If there is anything else we can do to help please feel free to let us know.

Just cause I know you guys catch heat sometimes, I wanted to let you know that support helped me with this and I was able to update.

The newest 2.3.2 is now also available in Fantastico for WP as well for anyone who is interested.
