installed WP w/fantastico but still have lunar welcome page

I am a beginner and have limited knowledge about stuff and things of this nature. I was wondering if I missed a step?

I transferred hosts (no files) and once that was complete I installed WP but the lunar welcome page is still there? Confused

If you installed WordPress in the root directory, you just need to delete the file "index.html". Don't delete the file "index.php". WordPress needs that.

Perhaps a link to your domain would help.
