It might be worth noting for people looking to add Joomla 1.5 to their site that the version currently on Fantastico, 1.5.7, doesn't work with php4. It won't allow anyone to login from the frontend, only to the administrator area.

From 1.5.7 on, Joomla is apparently not supporing php4 and you'll have to manage some code workarounds if you want to use 1.5.7 and above on a server with php4.


Another reason why it wouldn't hurt for LP to start adding php5 to more/all servers...
