Heya Rat - rebooting my local machine? na - didn't make any difference.

I ftp'd the files over using FileZilla - the applied the patch per the instructions.  I use CPANEL for unzipping the patch distro - and it looked like it worked. 

I'm sorry you're having problems too - I did notice that nothing got put into the installation folder (mine is renamed to something else and totally hidden from public usage).

I'm tired of the script kiddies playing with my site - I check the traffic daily and it's really p|ssing me off.   I'll put in a trouble ticket in the morning.
