We host a small phpbb board through lunar pages and suddenly the admins are not being notified of new registrations (via email notification).  All have outside email addresses, ie gmail and yahoo etc.  When switching email to one of internal emails (hosted by lunarpages), the notification works.  Has lunarpages done something behind the scenes that doesn't allow the forum to send out these notifications to our outside email addresses?

Anyone have this problem?

That is what is so odd, I get all emails from that LP email except ones that are sent through the forum. 

I have also sent out emails through the forum email option.
I sent an email TO one of my dummy usernames (with outside email address). There is an option on the forum to receive a copy of the email sent, and this comes through to the LP email. However, the dummy username didn't receive the email. 
I SENT an email using one of my dummy usernames and that email went through to the LP email, however I didn't get the copy sent to my dummy username.

I test emailed to a few of the moderators and waiting for feedback to see if they received the emails.

Edited:  Update, the mods are not receiving the email I sent through the board.  What I don't understand is why it is working selectively, that's why I don't think it is a phpbb thing.  It is only working on the LP email account I set up.  No bouncebacks received either.  (No emails found in the spam filters either).
