Hi, About two days ago I received an email from Lunarpages saying that my website had been closed down on the server due to a php script error and the website using too much memory. I am not a techno guy and emailed back asking could they explain what and where the script was ( I have made no changes to the website that I am aware of that would affect this).. no reply to at all to this. I have removed what I thought could be a problem which was an out of date script in the .htaccess file. Although I could well have been wrong with this. I phoned Lunarpages twice in Canada from the UK and was told to click on the Fantastic upgrade link... which I did.. meanwhile.. my website was moved to another server and now back again... and I have been advised that they will monitor the website over 24 hours period. Meanwhile ALL of the data that was in my Fantastico Sohoadmin has been 'lost' ie. isn't there. The files for each page is still there in the file manager but when I log in to Soho Admin (there was an error with this first time logging in last night as it said the information was on two different servers - but I can now log-in) the data is gone. Everything is blank. I am totally frustrated with the lack of real support from Lunarpages and also the poor attitude of the 'support' guy when I phoned. I have been with Lunarpages about 3 years and have always experienced excellent support before this. I have at the moment placed a redirect from my main home page to another page so that I don't lose all sales but it is far from satisfactory. Can anyone advise whether there is a back up of the Fantastico data and also where it might be? and what the file would be called? Help... please.... desperate from England...

Hi "desperate from England,"

I do apologize for your issue and some of the frustrations you may be having with your sites.  Do you have a ticket # that I can check on for you so that you do not have to provide all of your information about the issue all over again?

It sounds like what happened is one of your scripts may have gotten exploited because of being out-of-date and this can cause extreme high CPU on the server which our admins usually have to move you to an abuse server until the issue is resolved as to not affect other customers on your shared production server.

I am just speculating the cause as I do not know your primary domain on the account or the tickets referenced, but I will handle your ticket personally if you can provide me with the number Smile
