Hello all,

I've got a basically pretty ancient phpbb running, which i took over from someone else and it's heavily modded. I would really like to upgrade the darn bugger to the latest releases (security fixes et al) but I'm having a hard time getting it upgraded, due to the vast amount of mods applied in the code, and changes made on the database structure.

As I didn't apply them myself originally, I don't know which ones are all in place.

Any ideas how i can tackle this problem?
