For some reason, I closed my original forum and planed to install a new 3-party application. (name: discuz!)

I have created a new Mysql database through Plesk but it connot work. When I install "discuz",it says "cannot connect the database, check the dbname and password."  I have checked my Mysql and password  and it seems no error.

I have test the application at another free web site and it works very well. I really have no idea what can I do to manage my Mysql through Plesk. May someone can give me some advices. Here are my questions:

1. My host is windows hosting.
    If lunarpages supports these softwares?
       a) httpd service（ex.  Apache、Zeus、IIS etc）
         b) php 4.1.0 or above  ----- I think this one is OK.
         c) Zend Optimizer 2.5.7 or above
         d) MySQL 3.23 or above -------> I think this one is OK.

2. How can I open  the Select/ update/ insert /delete/ create/alter/drop mode of my Mysql database from Plesk?

I guess it may something about the management of the Mysql database.

I didin't find a phpMyAdmin tool on Plesk database section.
If any,there is one similar. The URL shows as .....phpmyadmin/index.htm on page tilte.(something like this.) Is this the right management page? But it is so difficult to handle,I cannot find a way to change my database access mod...etc., it even says that I have no privilege to creare table.
This one is more difficult than cpanel,I am confused. 
Can you give me some advice?

AH,I think this is PhpMyadmin. I have one guestion. Should I learn SQL language for mysql database management? It's time spending for me. AH!
