I am at my wits end and don't want anyone else to go through this ordeal. I am typing this out while on hold (for the past 15 minutes)... I have been sending support messages to LP since Early Sunday... when I returned from vacation to find nearly 10 websites down and totally missing from the control panel. (I have nearly 30 with LP)

Now as my clients are calling and complaining, I have nothing to tell them as NOONE from LP has called, e-mailed, or replied to my repeated support tickets or e-mails. All these affected clients - businesses mind you- have had no e-mail since friday in addition to no website.

This really sucks... I cannot believe noone has tried to get in touch with me on why this is happening, when the sites will be restored, and what sort of reparations can be made. I can almost bet I will totally lose a few accounts, but much worse is the trust I may lose with the others.

I am not telling you not to use this program, but as I sit here on hold (now 25 minutes) I am considering a move myself.
