feel free to ask me to elaborate anything i say in this post as it's late and im tired and i have to be up in 3 hours Thumbs Up

after speaking to you guys on the phone (and getting answers to all the questions i asked - good job Thumbs Up) i realised i forgot to ask a few things but thought rather than phoning again i should ask here incase anyone else wants the same answers Smile

so now i know that i can sign up for a reseller program and move any accounts i'm in control of into the account without waiting until the end of the contracts Very Happy and that i will pay LP directly and charge the customers i have how i choose.

1) the 9 accounts i am currently in control of i am also the technical contact for them, the accounts i have are all rather hosting friends websites or websites for customers at work, if i was to open a reseller account, what details for all the accounts would i need to give you?

i understand that the accounts i have would all be charged to whatever credit card i put the resseller accounts under, would it be possible to get a monthly summary of the accounts?

or... is there a billing page so i can see when the accounts are up for renewal, how much each account will be charged at on that date e.t.c.

if i was to get 10 accounts before the first account was up for renewal would i get that first account charged at $5 p/month?

i have 1 or 2 people that are just interested in an e-mail address that they will use for a few personal e-mails and to use on instant chat programs, therefore not needing a full account, could i put 2 or 3 peoples domains on one account and give them a few e-mail addresses each providing it stayed under the allowed bandwidth and storage space?

thats all for now, allthough i'm sure this thread will get full of more questions from me.

Thanks. James.

Hi,

You do receive monthly receipts and invoices of your account.  If you log into your account via lunarpages.com you will go to our CAP control panel and if you click on Billing History that will show you copies of your charges and invoices.

As for email accounts, you are always free to assign your email addresses to whomever you would like providing that they stay within the limits of 500-600 an hour and they stagger any mass emails that they send out as this is crucial for server stability.  They would also have to stay within the space requirements of the account which you can pre-set through cpanel.

Hope I answered your corrections, please let us know if you have any further questions.  Thanks.
