We are looking for a few resellers to beta test our program. Space is limited so please express your interest here. Please specify how many packages you would like to start out with. Details will be disclosed to interested parties.
As we continue testing, specifications will be made public.

Hi Kathleen,
I'm very interested in joining your Beta reseller program. Last year I moved my site and some of my clients sites from Lunarpages to join a reseller program, what a big mistake that was! The only happy clients I have now are the ones still hosted with Lunarpages.
Can you send me the proposed specs for this Beta reseller program and let me know when I can start. I need to move my sites before mid October and I don't mind testing it out first with my own site and then adding some other friendly clients and finally moving all the other sites.

Hi Kathleen,
I am extremely interested in learning more about your reseller program, and even becoming a beta tester. I currently have my company website hosted through LP, but I use another provider for my customer sites. However, that provider has had frequent outages lately, while I've been quite happy with my LP service. If you will be offering discounts based on the number of sites I sell, that would likely bring your prices inline with my current provider. Since your service is much better, it seems like an obvious choice for me.
Also, I have a question about refunds. Currently I give my customers 30 days from the day of purchase to request a refund if they're not satisfied. Would I be able to do this with your service, and not lose money?

Todd, Thank you for your interest. We are going to have a gardually reduced rate for resellers based on how many accounts they purchase, you can purchase 1 at a time if you like to get reduced pricing, you do not need to bring them over all at once. If you do bring over a number of sites at once then the pricing that would be lowest for the last account would also be able to be provided for the rest of the accounts based on our rates. Rates are currently valued at: 1st 3 accounts are our regular $7.95/mo rate for hosting. 4-10 accounts the price drops to $6/mo per account after the 10th account, all future accounts and the renewal of the previous 10 would be valued at $5/mo per account. These rates are for annual accounts. Please contact me directly if you have any questions or when you are ready to start to bring over these accounts. Hi Kathleen,
I would love to take part in this. I have two sites that I can sign up now: one is with LP and the other is being built now. The second would be ready to go in by sept 5.
There is also a third site that I have done a design for but it's going slow because my client can't seem to get around to signing up! It would be so much better for my business if I could 'just make things happen' when a customer says yes.

I'm also extremely interested in the reselling beta test program. Currently I have 5 domains hosted in Lunarpages with the Shuttle Plan, and I will have one more before the end of the month.
I build sites on a regular basis, so this would be great for me. Please let me know how I can be part of this beta test.

Hi, I was wondering if the Beta Test was still available and I also wanted to know the possibilities of the following. I currently have a resellers plan with someone else. I used to host with lunarpages and would like to come back because I had such a good experience here. The thing is, we've decided that it is too much of a hassle trying to remember when to bill clients for their hosting, etc and would like it better if I could control their sites from one control panel, like in reseller hosting, but not have to deal with their billing. I would probably sign up with the reseller plan anyway, because I have a bunch of my own sites, plus family's sites, but would I be able to have clients sign up with you, and just have their account linked to my resellers manager for convenience? For these accounts, I wouldn't need to get the pricing deals, I just want it easier for myself. Also, how does it work with my company's own site. Is that the 1st package that we buy? Because currenly I pay the yearly fee for space I can resell, and along with that comes space for my own companies website. Thanks for all of your help, Stephanie stephanie@trexart.com.au |

Hello,
Yes, the reseller plan is available. You can control the accounts through WHM (web host manager), which is a bit like Cpanel.
For the billing, we charge you for the accounts, then you have to charge the clients. I'm afraid that we cannot charge the clients on your behalf.
When you want to add a site, you just e-mail us and ask to have the amount of accounts you create on your reseller plan increased by one. Then you will be charged by us, then have the ability to create a new account from the web host manager interface. It's much simpler this way than transferring existing accounts across, and will save you money too. All the accounts will be linked to your reseller plan, and easy to manage together.
To set up the reseller plan, you need to have an existing account with us, so you sign up, then we convert the account into a reseller package, and you have 1 website to start with (or more). The main account would be the first site, it's not free though, with the reseller plan, you just pay for what you are using.
