I was supplied the wrong URL by a designer which I then used to create a new account in my reseller account. I found out about 16 hours ago that the URL was slightly different (from the client).

I sent a support call through as soon as I was told I had the wrong URL, but I still haven't heard anything back and it often takes several days for me to get a response from support.

Does anyone know how to change the URL of an account, using the reseller interface?

The client is getting really upset as they have just spent a lot of money advertising in magazines for the launch of this site and they were expecting me to have it live by now.

As I have read in other posts, it would be great to have a separate support team for resellers. I would happily pay at least three times as much, to know I can get prompt support when I need it.
