Hi! I would like get a Reseller Plan, and I would like to know the following:

a) Do you have any Spanish Tech Support?

b) Nowadays I have a few websites working with Web Hosting;  the time response to webhost server is approx. 80-90ms and It takes aprox. 12 hop to reach the server where my sites are operating. 

When I check your servers (different time during the day), it takes aprox. 200ms (right now is 230ms) and 17 hops.

I noted a big delay in 144.232.8.182, probably is a interconection point  between Transport Operator's (Sprint / Savvis), I'm in El Salvador, Central America.

The question is, Could you give a server in other location, where I can get a better performance?

c) In other hand, I would like to get a Windows Hosting, I use Visual studio .NET to develop some applications, Could you give the restrictions that your windows service have? by example, sessions number, coding, etc...

d) I read some excellent comments about your tech support service (via email), but, Will you have a Chat Support in the future?

Hello, we would be more than happy to have you hosting with us.  We do not have any dedicated spanish tech support at the moment, but I am sure we have a few folks in Lunarpages HQ that could help you out.  As far as the server speeds go - you might get the account first and see what your response times are there. 

Also, at this time we don't have a Windows flavored reseller account.  Our current reseller plans are on Linux-based servers.  Hope that helps!
