I moved the original thread regarding this so we avoid confusion.  This is the final word after much discussion with management.

Resellers get up to 3 free domains with purchase of 3+ reseller accounts.  For example, purchase one reseller account, get one free domain, purchase 2, 2 free domains, purchase 3, 3 free domains, purchase 4, 3 free domains, etc.

Please note, we have greatly discounted plans for 4+ reseller accounts so we will be unable to offer more than 3 free domains however, we will purchase additional domains at the discounted rate of $7.95 per year.
