Our reseller plan seen here: http://www.lunarpages.com/reseller-hosting/  comes with a master control panel called WHM that can be seen here: http://www.resellerspanel.com/cpanel_program/whm_demo_files/  It is not much different than than Cpanel and from what I hear it's not that hard to learn so I would say you dont have to be a tech guy to be able to learn to use it.  The individual accounts would have Cpanel and features like our basic plan only less space and bandwidth and the more you resell the cheaper they are. You would have your own label so no one would see the LP name and you could charge whatever you want but it would be your responsibility to pay us and in turn you would have to collect from your clients.
