Hi Guys,

Guess I am not ready for prime time. I thought the reseller program would be great for me but so far since I have joined I have had nothing but site problems for me and my members and guest. Almost every kind of error from 403 - to page errors to files not found when people try to access the site. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't.

And While I am sure it's something I am doing or not doing, I just know I have been with LP for 3 years now and never had any problems as just a regular client on a regular server.

I tried to contact the help desk and could not log in. So I requested my info be sent to me thinking I maybe had forgotten my login. I got this message send to my email:

Recently, someone requested a password reset for your account.

I have never requested a reset for my account before that I can remember and certianly would never have used the username webmaster1645. Bu thinking that maybe that was something created by LP for me to login then change I tried to followed the link in the email and log in with that info and could not. So I do not know if this means my account has been hacked or what.

All I know is life was much simplier and peaceful before I tried to join the reseller program. Nothing against the program I just think I don't have enough knowledge yet to try it. So can anyone tell me how to contact the helpdesk to get changed back?
