Network Status

Hi there,

Firstly, thank you for creating the reseller program. It is exactly what I was looking for, and having used several other (not so good) reseller programs in the past, I can say that Lunarpages delivers exactly what I want.

It seems that some of Lunarpages servers are very slow today, your main site, my reseller site and my customers websites are slow... to the point of not loading.

Personally, my response is that this occurs, especially with shared hosting. If someone wants 24/7 monitoring and support then they must pay for that. But it would be nice to have some network status tools within the reseller package to show if there is any issues being currently investigated - it would save a phone call (especially for me in the UK).

First off welcome to the forum. Very Happy

Its unfortunate this has to be your first post. Embarassed

There is currently a latency ssue which LP are aware of and techs are working to resolve it.
There is a server status section here on the lunarforum, unfortunatly only senior staff can post in it Embarassed

It might be worth you sending an email to feedback@lunarpages.com asking if they can set up some form of advisory for the reseller plans

Theres also lunarPages live chat http://lunarforums.com/chat/irc/irc.cgi which has staff in answering enquiries when they are not busy with other tasks

Hello,

We have a network status section in the customer account page. You can login to that with your original username.

For your resold accounts, they do not have access to the customer account page, but perhaps we could organise some kind of feed in the future.

It's certainly something to think about.
