i'm happily hosted with LP since god know when (i lost track) and recently applied for the Reseller program. No difficulty with my 3 initial accounts.

Then I requested a reseller account for a customer who already owned a domain name, so they changed their NS entries to point to LP and everything was fine.

Now I have a new customer who needed both a domain name and hosting. So, naturally, I headed to my reseller console and created a new domain. Which appeared on billing but more than 48 hours later, the domain still doesn't point to any site, however basic it may be, or even the LP site.

Is my request just slowly being processed or is there a different process to go through in order to purchase a new reseller account?

Please clarify.
