When we sell a basic plan to a customer, do they get the coffeecup software?

Also, do their signup (critical info, etc) emails go directly from LunarPages to them, or are they forwarded to us, and we forward to them, or does LunarPages email us all the info, and we send it to our customer like it is "from us'?

Sorry for the "newb" questions, but I'm still learning  Smiling

Hey there Jamie_R,

We do not offer the CoffeeCup software to the resold accounts at this time.
The account details are provide by the Master Reseller, we do not handle any of the Resold account support.  If they have billing inquiries, or other issues such as not being able to get their email services, they would contact you.


Lunarpages' Reseller Plan is designed to allow a customer to resell Storage/Bandwidth on our servers as they desire (price wise).  We provide the means, and the interface (WHM/CPanel) to accomplish this.  All support for the resold accounts would be handled by yourself.
