I'm forming a Hosting Service. I have some question concerning your Reseller & Dedicated Server as follows

1. If I purchase 15 A/C, I have to sell each A/C as purchased or I can devieded it to 200 MB Space / 20 GB Data Transfer. Let's say, 1 A/C can sell to 5 customers or can sell to only 1 customer as purchased

2. Dedicated Server : If I puchase this, Can I managed it to work as Hosting Service too or I can use only for my own groups. How much for the Control Panel (Admin / Client) and Name Servers?

From the standard features, I want to start with (Monthly/Setup)

   - Dedicated 2       : $ 130 (+99) (Free 4 monhts after valid for 90 days)
   - Fantastico         : $ 2.50 (+10)
   - SSL Certificate   :  Please recommended Free Shared or Dedicated
   - Managed Hosting : $9.99 (Please recommend whether it's nedded or not

Please also advice any more features if required for starting a Web Hosting Business. I would like to evaluate the Investment Budget asap.

Actually, since these are dedicated questions, you should email dedicated@lunarpages.com about questions.

For the questions, I would say your SSL will have to be dedicated as this isn't a shared server but a dedicated one and it doesn't include an SSL by default.  You can install the SSL onto the IP for the server itself though, then let customers use that ssl in the format https://hostname.domain.com/~username/

For Managed Hosting, I would recommend it for a few reasons:

- we install security components on it (apf, rootkit hunter)
- we will reboot upon your request at no charge for an unlimited number of times (cost to reboot upon request without managed is $10 per occurrence) and we will reboot if your server becomes unresponsive in our monitoring system within 5 minutes
- we will be able to see if your server is having troubles and can email you about them or take action on our end
- you have 1 free script install (typically cost is $75 per hour to do an install) included with the managed hosting
- we will contact you and perform component upgrades such as php or apache whenever there are security upgrades needed
