I would like to add my experience with LunarPages Reseller plan.  (Wish I read a few of these posts before I made the switch.)  I started out with 2 domains added to the reseller plan.  For some reason, they need to move your websites to a different server. The first website is fairly new, but after it was moved, it "looked" different.  I had to spend a day tweaking that back into place.  I don't know what they changed in the move, but it wasn't the same on the new server.

The second website is a lot more serious.  It's an ecommerce site using perl scripts, that has worked fine on LP for over a year. After LP moved the website to the different server, the scripts stopped working and I'm still not able to upload using the ecommerce software. It's been a week and it's still not resolved.  I have been on the phone for hours, mostly on hold.  Whenever I do get someone, they just tell me that everything is the same and "should" work.  I've got a email support ticket about a mile long, and get the same song, "nothing's changed, it should work".  I've searched these forums and find mostly suggestions on debugging the scripts, but why would they need debugging if they've worked for years?  The only change in this whole scenario was the move of the website to the different server.  But LP says "nothing's changed but the server", and leaves me to spend days trying to figure this out, while my customer loses several orders each day.

I was so frustrated with lack of support, I moved the domain nameservers back to the old server, and guess what, the website works there.  I am going to back out of the reseller plan.  I had planned on migrating several other websites to LP, but after a week of being ignored, and told it was my fault, I'll have to find a better web host.

Hello,

My apologies that you have had these issues with your reseller account.  Though I have not looked at the account in question, I would surmise the change in the paths would be part of the issue as well as possible the change in mySQL database name.

If you still have the reseller account with issues setup and would like to consider keeping the reseller plan, please send an email to support@lunarpages.com to my attention and referencing this forum post and I can look into this matter for you personally.
