Why have you taken away the site builder in Fantastico for my new reseller accounts?
One of the things I have based my reseller business on was the site builder now since you started the reseller program. You can't just take the SoHo Launch feature away after all this time.

What's Up with this???

How long has it been gone for you?  I have not heard anything about this - but I'll drop you a PM via the forums here to get some more information. Smile

Update:  Admins are aware of the situation and it should be corrected soon.  Thanks!

I'm not sure. All I know is I have set up 15 accounts.
This new account I set up today has no site builder in Fantastico.
Just a SoHo template installer.

Alright, admins are aware of the situation and are looking into it.  Hopefully they will be able to find a resolution soon.

Reseller shouldn't have had SohoLaunch as it is set to display Lunarpages Webbuilder per our partner agreement with SohoLaunch. Due to this, this name would display for our licensing in Fantastico on all recent Fantastico versions, and people who are on reseller accounts would discover they are being hosted by Lunarpages. This might have been caused by a Fantastico upgrade that hadn't occurred on one of the Reseller servers for awhile, but SohoLaunch itself cannot be on the Reseller servers due to this.

Are you kidding me??
I have learned SoHo launch just so I can support (and charge) my clients who use Site Builder.
One of the main aspects of my business was this feature.
We better find a resolution. You can't supply it to me for 2years and then just cut us off.
Is anybody with me out there?

It doesn't matter if my clients know I'm using LunarPages.
I always tell them I lease my servers from you anyway.
They hire me for my internet skills not because of whos' servers I use!

Most resellers do not want their clients to have the Lunarpages name on their accounts. Our reseller plan has also not been in existence for 2 years.

The only resolution would be to create separate accounts on our shared servers as there is no way to enable it for 1 or 2 resellers without enabling it for all resellers on that server.

I started migrating my sites over a year ago to the reseller program that you sold us on.
The main reason we did that was because we could get SoHo Launch with the accounts.

What you are doing to us is not ethical.
If you need to set up a special server for us it will be cheaper than dealing with our attorneys.

Best regards
Ken
