This is an offshoot of the first resellers thread.

I have an account that we are just starting to work with who wants to be more "in control" of their hosting.  Meaning they want to pay for it themselves but my partner and I will support it.  This way in their mind they would "own" their site.

Could I integrate this account into a linked account type reseller pgm?  My main concern is to be able to see this account listed in my reseller control page and access my clients CPanel along with all the sites I support.  Maybe there would be a way to specifiy a "owner", "maintainer", and "reseller" for an account?

For instance this new account of mine wants me to do the busy work in setting up the hosting with you but they want me to use their CC number for the account.  I think (hope) this situation with my account is more the exception than rule but I still need to integrate them into the sites we have to manage.

thanks

Jack,

We could possibly have it so that you could manage your clients' sites through the master control panel that you would have for your reseller accounts. i will have to talk with our developers about how this could be done and if this is something that we could implement at the start of the program or if we would have to build it in later.

In actuality I am sure that we will get a few of these requests, so I appreciate you bringing it up for us.

I'll see if I can get an answer for you here sometime soon.

Thanks,
Trey
