Wow just noticed the basic plan got a huuuuge storage increase last time I looked it 1000mb and it would go up to 5000 for free if needed with 400GB bandwidth.  Now its at 350000MB storage and 800GB bandwidth.  Will this be given to resellers too as the reseller plan is suppose to basically be the same as the basic plan, would be a lot better if I could tell people they'd be getting 35000mb instead of 1000.  Heck even 5000mb/400GB would make me happy.   Please?  U make the same amount on the reseller accounts anyways.

Hello:
At this time there are no plans to upgrade the reseller plan. Technically speaking the reseller plan is not like the Basic plans as resellers have more options and can customize the branding for example on the accounts they sell.

I'm sorry to say this LP and no doubt it will annoy ryan, but I think since you know no-one will use 35gig/800gig on the basic plan, you can increase it to giant amounts.

Morning jdog,

Lunarpages is simply keeping their Basic/Business plans in line with the competition. Whether anyone will actually use 35,000 megs or 800 gigs of bandwidth will remain to be seen. It is however, their personal choice as it is offered to the users with no upcharges. In other words, for the same amount being paid. That's a pretty good deal no matter where you come from.

Considering the trend for online storage facilities of late, I can see this being of good use to Basic/Business users for many purposes. Not just a bigger website for example.

You seem to have some sour grapes over something lately as several of your latest posts have been pretty much along the same lines as this one. Care to elaborate? Of course, it would be better to do so in another topic so as to not run this one off it's initial one.

You could either PM me or start a new thread for it. Whichever you prefer.

jdog,
Actually, several of our customers who have posted on the forums have already stated that they're using the35 GB of disk space to full use or are going to use it to their full potential.

Like MerlinsLair stated, please feel free to PM one of the staff members or moderators if something is buggin' you.
