I have been a lunarpages customer for the last 3 years, and very happy with the service thus far.  My problem begins when trying to Register a NEW Reseller Account.

The web interface refuses to work claiming that there has been an error with the credit card, yet one line under it says transaction approved.  It doesn't actually work regardless of what CC i put in, I also had this problem trying to update my credit card information on my other existing accounts

I called Yesterday to setup a reseller account over the phone, tech confirmed it worked and i would get an email shortly to explain the next steps in setting up the account. I waited 24 hours to get some sort of confirmation and didn't receive anything.

I called again today at approx 6pm EST time, again the sales person confirmed that the order is in the system and that I would get an email in the mail.  3 hours later I still haven't even received a confirmation email stating that I have indeed purchased anything.

I am getting growingly frustrated by the minute as I need to set this up as I have existing customers who NEED to move off of their existing hosts due to horrible service on their current hosts.  I'm not quite sure what the problem is but please for the love of  what is good in life someone let me know what is going on!

the email i have registered with lunarforums is the same as on the account into.

Hello:
It's possible your ISP is blocking the welcome e-mail. You may want to try and request to have it sent to another e-mail account.

Hi there,

What email address did you use when you submitted the order?

Sorry Jay,

Maybe I'm not quite getting it, but I see no where to send a PM as well as I still get that error.
