2. I forwarded a check in full payment, and advised you support desk.
3. Support acknowledged this with:
Thank you for the confirmation. As soon as your check arrives we will post it to your account.
4. The cashed check was posted to my bank account on August 20th - 10 DAYS AGO!
5. Today you've suspended my account!
Now, I am getting calls from irate clients! What kind of scam operation is this? True, it's too late for me to stop payment on my check, but it is not too late for me to refer this to my attorney.
And, of course, your billing department is not in yet, so my customers are left without a site for at least several more hours? Absolutely unacceptable.
I EXPECT THIS ACCOUNT TO BE REINSTATED IMMEDIATELY!
