Can anyone shed some light on this. There are two stats with wildly varying data that I am trying to sort through.
1. If in my google webmaster stats, there is a table with a list of external pages that link to http://www.realteensecrets.com/ which has about 50 pages on it, but if I

Which one is used for PR?

I am far from being an SEO expert but from my own experience, the Google search way of doing it with the link: before your link seems to be a little slower in picking up results.
