I'm not going to make a recommendation for these programs as they often don't help your rankings at all in search engines. Google will lower your rankings and sometimes even ban your website if you use an automated program.

You don't need to submit to every search engine out there, as long as you submit to the top few search engines and some directories you will be fine. Even getting some back links will eventually get you on all the search engines.
