Next time lunar updates the tool page, it might be thoughtful to abolish the websubmission tool and replace it with a gadget that will link you to  Google, Yahoo, and MSN's respective webmaster central pages.

It's funny how MSN keeps that tool a speak easy thing, though technically it is now the Live Webmaster tools (MSN tools redirect you there now). Google's webmaster central is by far the best of the lot.

Here are all three of them:

Its not worth your time submitting your sites this way unless you accompany it with a robots.txt file and a sitemap.

There are a lot of other great services offered by these companies as well. I especially like Microsofts ad Central, as it is one of the most unique marketing research resources I've ever seen.
