where is dedicated support?! - our server is being hacked!

our website, which is hosted on a dedicated server with lunarpages, is in the process of being hacked.

our forum is down, our e-zine is down, and all our passwords (FTP, WHM, CPANEL) have been changed.

dedicated@lunarpages.com is unavailable, and no one is answering the phones this weekend.

help please!!!

they even hacked into the trouble ticket, replied as me, and said that we didn't need help.

they also changed the phone number I submitted to support.

and the IP address that was registered on their replies came from lunarserver! - 209.200.237.152

what the hell is going on?!

I would suggest you use an alternate email account (not on your server) to deal with support- if you are using an account on your server, then they can easily intercept it.
