What is the best way to stop someone from being able to use img links back to photos or graphics that are used on your site.  I tried storing my images in the images folder under the public_html directory and then locking the images folder but found that this way also stops my images from loading on my pages.  I found the disable right click is not a good idea plus does not do much if someone wants to just go directly into that folder via any browser.  What's the proper procedure to protect my work as well as save my bandwidth from potential thieves?

To stop the bandwidth theft you can enable hotlink protection from your CPanel.  It will prevent linking from any site except those that you list.

How to stop image theft, except for the directory where I store my banners?
