Zone Alarm has been improving their software for some time, I like it a lot. Virus updates are a bit slower than Symantec or McAfee. Norton's Antivirus 2005 is a pain, but more secure. You have to turn off the worm protection and script blocking in NAV2005 to ftp with Lunarpages. IMHO, S. What is your favorite antivirus program? Do you use on? How effective is it? Thanks j/w bye!

I recently changed to NOD32 Antivirus System and it picked up so much stuff that Norton and McAfee missed. http://www.nod32.com/home/home.htmFrom there website of course but it can be checked on: NOD32 Earns Its Record Setting 29th Virus Bulletin 100% Award 11/02/2004
NOD32 continues its world record of not missing a single “In the Wild” (ItW) worm or virus while having no false positives. This record was achieved in the comprehensive testing conducted by the industry's leading authority, the Virus Bulletin.

My favorite antivirus program is Kaspersky. It provides better security from viruses and malwares compared to free antivirus softwares. Other than this, the thing which I like about this antivirus program is that it doesn't slows down overall performance of my PC.

Avast is free too, and I've heard mostly possitive things about it, as well as AVG.
