These guys are going little too far, not only do they check your phone calls for key words now they want a virus on your system so they can eavesdrop for special keystrokes like bomb. Well think about it, if ya say, for example, that song/text/movie was THE BOMB your whole conversation would be filed by FBI or other national agencies. See ya contitution....

Not only that but it is a Federal offense to create chat software that encrypts the data being sent.
Our bill of rights has been chiseled away at for over 200 years by Congress after Congress, an assembly of attorneys.  The only right that has not been touched (at least not for the worse) in 200 years is the 6th Amendment..the right to legal representation.  Imagine that!
However, if you look at constitutions of other countries, you'll see we're still quite protected.  Even the countries rated as the 'best countries to live in' by worldwide polls have constitutions that allow government access to all sorts of info without warrants or anything.

Well theres a lot of things happening in these areas today but i think that eventually people will not accept just about anything for "safety"
There`s a limit where the want and search for "Safety" passes into "Control" and i believe people of today are much to aware of their rights to accept that this limit is passed.

Well you are right about that.I believe also that countries all over are also making laws in order to track people and their behaviour.Computer technology makes these things easier but there are some serious ethic problems with this i think.

The Supreme Court.  They've done it in the past.  Problem is that many times sooner or later, FBI gets what it wants, or part of what it wants.  They've already got Carnivore pretty much running around at will without a leash.
A good source for this type of news is The Guardian.
