A whois shows that the domain expired on the 18th. You need to contact your domain name registrar latestsol.com

It hasn't been transferred, you'd better open a support ticket. Domain Name: MAXIM-INTL.COM Registrar: ONLINENIC, INC. Whois Server: whois.onlinenic.com Referral URL: http://www.OnlineNIC.com Name Server: NS2.ONLINENIC.NET Name Server: NS3.ONLINENIC.NET Status: clientUpdateProhibited Updated Date: 21-nov-2009 Creation Date: 18-nov-2008 Expiration Date: 18-nov-2010

Indeed, whois shows your domain as having been created 2008-11-19 and it was allowed to expire 2009-11-19. There is no hosting server listed. Domain registration and hosting are two separate things -- are you sure you transferred both over to Lunarpages, or just the hosting? If you left the domain registration with OnlineNIC.com, you've got to deal with them to get it renewed. Don't delay -- they may have a short grace period before they resell the name. If you requested that LP pick up the registration, too, then it looks like someone at LP dropped the ball. You should have checked (on whois) to confirm that both the hosting and domain registration were moved over.

thanks you people for reply, I am sure that i had transfered the domain on lunarpages as well as buy hosting services form lunarpages, after transfering on lunarpages i put the nameservers of LP on that server so that i can run my site from LP because previous server doesn't provide asp.net facility. after that i have been running my site actually my client's site sinse june 2009 and i remember that i had checked whois information that was showing me the LP's nameserver and my other information after changing the nameservers, One thing i want to tell you that someone else had register the maxim-intl.com domain on that server and i just gave him the LP's namerservers to change according to LP. In order to use your own domain name at Lunarpages you must change the name servers to the following: ns3.lunarbreeze.com ns4.lunarbreeze.com
If your registrar requires the IP addresses:
ns3.lunarbreeze.com: 74.50.25.4 ns4.lunarbreeze.com: 74.50.26.4
this morning i've recieved form LP Support the following message: Now i want to ask that what does it means transfer and hosting? because i had transfer and host my domain on LP

Hi mrtanvirali,
As has been noted already, hosting an account and registering a domain are two separate processes. When you moved your site to Lunarpages and changed your domain's nameservers to point to us, that did not mean you transferred the domain registration to us. Given the domain whois information, your domain registration is not controlled by Lunarpages, so you would need to contact the place where you registered the domain name (not the hosting) and renew the domain with that company.
If you do want to transfer the domain name registration after you renew the domain, you can always do that to transfer it to Lunarpages, although most domain registrars will not allow you to transfer the domain name registration to another registrar for up to 90 days after a domain renewal.
Thank you.

Happy to hear you renewed your domain.
Yes, you could now start the domain transfer process. The first step would be to contact your current domain name register and ask them if you can transfer it over to us now. As Tristan mentioned before, some domain name registers will not allow you to transfer the domain name registration to another registrar for up to 90 days after a domain renewal. So that would be the first thing to check into.

One thing i want to tell you that someone else had register the maxim-intl.com domain on that server and i just gave him the LP's namerservers to change according to LP.
All you did was change the hosting to LP. Pointing to LP's nameservers merely tells your domain name registrar where to find the hosting service to use. It does not transfer the domain registration itself. So, it sounds like your domain registration is still with OnlineNIC. You can certainly leave it there, if you want, or you can transfer it to LP (who is actually a reseller for Tucows). Your friend is listed as the owner of the domain name? They'll have to arrange to get it transferred. I don't know how LP/Tucows will handle a hosting account owned by one person and a domain owned by another, under the same account. You may have to transfer ownership of the domain to you, as part of the process -- ask support for details.
