I just ran across this- http://blog.unmaskparasites.com/2009/11/04/gumblar-breaks-wordpress-blogs-and-other-complex-php-sites/ 
The upshot is there is a new version of Gumblar out there which is broken Smile, rather than actually infecting a website, it just breaks it. It is aimed at php based sites, and if hacked, will give the error "  "previously declared in” php eval code"

Just a heads up.
