If I want a sub domain protected so members of my team can log in and anyone else is locked out do you think I need some kind of cgi password script?

I mean it will be for a small number of people that I myself add manually to the cgi script or manually through c-panel, my member won't sign up using a form. Should I even bother with a script? What do you think?

I don?t need automation.

Is password protecting directories through Cpanel as safe as a script doing it for me?

Thanks

Hello,

Protecting directories through control panel would be even better than a script!

Some scripts have security problems, so I would personally stick with the Cpanel directory protection.
